Join our Activities Team in Finnish Lapland!
We're looking for Outdoor Activity Guides to join our team for the upcoming winter season in Pyhä-Luosto National Park, Finnish Lapland.
At Sunday Morning Collection, we create unforgettable outdoor experiences in one of Finland's most beautiful national parks. Operating according to the principles of sustainable tourism, our activities combine Arctic nature, safety and authentic Lapland experiences.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys spending time outdoors, meeting people from around the world and sharing the stories, nature and traditions of Lapland. If you thrive in the snow and want to help create lifelong memories for our guests, we'd love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities
Depending on your experience and skills, your role may include:

Guiding nature-based experiences and outdoor activities, primarily in English

Leading electric snowmobile tours, Northern Lights excursions, ice fishing trips, snowshoe adventures, farm visits and other outdoor experiences

Ensuring guest safety while delivering exceptional customer experiences

Airport transfers, activity transportation and other private transfers

Preparing, maintaining and servicing activity equipment, including electric snowmobiles, skis, snowshoes and other outdoor gear

Heating and maintaining our lakeside saunas

General maintenance and support duties around the resort area

Assisting guests and coordinating practical arrangements before and during activities
We're looking for someone who has
- A genuine interest in nature, outdoor activities and adventure tourism
- Previous experience in activity guiding, tourism, outdoor recreation or wilderness guiding (enthusiastic applicants at the beginning of their careers are also encouraged to apply)
- An excellent customer service attitude and strong communication skills
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work comfortably in changing winter conditions
- A responsible, proactive and positive approach to work
- Fluent English, as all guiding is conducted primarily in English. Finnish is a significant advantage, as we also welcome many domestic guests. Additional languages are highly appreciated.
- A valid Category B driving licence (Category D1 or D licence is considered an advantage)
- A valid First Aid (EA1) certificate is an advantage, although training can be provided if needed
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow within the activity and adventure tourism industry

- Duration: Until the end of the 2027 winter season (late March / early April)
- Position: Full-time seasonal employment
