What does a winter fell landscape look like when you move through it almost silently?
This 360° video takes you along on an electric snowmobile safari through the landscapes of Pyhä. Turn the view freely, look around, and follow the route as it leads from snow-covered forests to open fell scenery. As the day gradually fades toward evening, the light softens and the landscape changes around you.

How Does a 360° Video Work?
With a 360° video, you decide where to look.
- On mobile, move the view with your finger.
- On a computer, drag the image with your mouse.
- With VR goggles, you are placed in the middle of the landscape.
You can pause and explore any detail that catches your attention.
Winter in Pyhä, Just as It Is
The route travels through forests shaped by heavy snow and rises gradually onto open fell areas. The landscape reveals itself little by little.
Along the way, you can see snow resting on tree branches, light reflecting from the white ground, and the atmosphere becoming calmer as evening approaches.
These are often the moments that are difficult to capture in a single photograph. A 360° video offers a more natural sense of place and movement.
How Does an Electric Snowmobile Change the Experience?
An electric snowmobile feels different from a traditional snowmobile.
Developed by Aurora Powertrains, these snowmobiles travel quietly and without exhaust emissions. The difference becomes noticeable surprisingly quickly.
During the ride, you can hear:
- Snow crunching beneath the track
- Wind moving across the fell
- Your own breath in the cold winter air
Without the constant engine noise, the surrounding landscape feels closer and easier to notice.
At the same time, the ride produces no direct emissions, making it a fitting way to explore the sensitive northern environment.
The 360° video offers a realistic glimpse of what an electric snowmobile safari is actually like.
